Which seasons auto draft once the league fills???

2003 league hasn't run yet and filled this morning. I thought all seasons from 2002 on ran once the league filled (between 9 am and midnight)

I emailed them and they them and they said that it look as if it is a frenzy but i know it was setup as waivers. I think this happened last 2003 season I was in. It ran at mid night and then did waivers.

looks like we drafted... yeppie.. now just hope my team is ok.
