[quote:8bd740f3b5="IM Bacchus"]It looks like we're playing a $60M league here, there are so many guys with over $10M in spare cash going into the waiver draft tomorrow. What's up with that?
IMB[/quote:8bd740f3b5]

I think a lot of guys missed not only their own top draft picks, but all the possible replacements down to somebody many millions cheaper. Then, when they dump the couple of 4M or 5M draft replacements they really don't want, it leaves a lot of spare cash. I guess that's what happens with a super-vet draft. Still, there are a lot of good pitchers out there. It should be an interesting waivers and frenzy.

The pitchers left on waivers make it clear that most loaded up on O, which led to the additional $8-10M for many teams in dropped players. There have been a number of trades so far, some pretty big ones. What's up with Brusstar for Stanton?

Can't wait for waivers - again, more strategy/thought than usual.

Any word from the front lines? Is Panzer Ace the hunted...or the hunter?

He is hunting and leads the east with a 29-19 record (.604) and has the second best record in the league behind the 31-17 record posted by seanreflex.

The east is the only division playing under .500 ball as a group though.

Maybe so, but he is 20-10 [b:12a925f67d]outside[/b:12a925f67d] his division. We have held him down to 9-9 in the east. Just need help from the rest of the league.

Jimmy,
With team names like 'Panzerbusters' and 'Ace Dunkers, I am the hunted

I had a rough start, but the team rolled through a good week and things look OK so far. Still a long season to go. 8)
