By my calculations, with the five players on the market right now, we just need to auction off 98 more players.
At this pace, we'll get these final 98 players auctioned off in 16 days, which is only 4 days below the maximum (5 per day = 20 days). Of course, only 7 players have been claimed over the last 43 hours...

The maximum overall time for 300 players is 60 days and we're on pace for 49 days, so all things considered that's pretty good. Personally, I just thought the auction cycles would be getting faster as more people passed, not slower.

Probably people not checking in as often. Who's getting Hornsby is a lot more exciting than who's getting Selkirk.

Can someone confirm that carr20 and ironwill1 are no longer bidding on pitchers......if so all are in on Nichols.

I think the slowdown is to be expected. As dollars become more scarce people want to see whether they get one guy before bidding on another whereas early on if they were at two different positions you could bid what you wanted on both.

Also it is summer. I have little league games for my kids every night Monday through friday, yardwork and other things going on so my computer time is more limited. Also summer is the busy time at work.......
