carr would be the only no bid. My guess is that either DOHowser miscounted having 10 bids or someone passed twice.

Not sure how to fix it as the results were released before the 24 hours and palanion posted before the 24 hours. Not a perfect fix by any means but I would suggest treating it as a tie and having BobBoone and palanion bid again. Course if someone has another idea bring it on.

Well, we can ask Palanion if he honestly planned to pass or bid less on Parrish. If so, the results stand, if he was planning to bid, maybe we do need a set of tiebreaker bids or allow BobBoone to decide to allow Palanion have Parrish for .55 or more

Well, I can honestly say that I had Parrish on my catching short list - ahead of Lombardi originally - but I will abide by whatever ruling is decided.

Why don't we have them both bid again and treat it as a tie?

SORRY guys. One manager did pass twice, and I ended up just counting all bids

I had posted earlier in the day that we were only missing BobBoone, because I keep a list of the mangers alphabetically and right away noticed I had 10 bids with carr having a full roster and no BobBoone. I did not see that one of the 10 was a double pass.

Bidding details: Bob bid .54 at 20:02 and Bill bid .55 at 21:51

I would hope that Bob and Bill can come to some agreement on this without having to rebid. Sorry again, I screwed up.

OK,

We are at an impasse. Folks are waiting for a ruling, and Palanion, who was the league originator I believe, is involved.

I think we first need to designate someone to make this decision, or this could take a while. Maybe Gorshar as he was the originator of our last league.

My solution would be to have a rebid, and the loser would receive .25 in cash from DOHowser in reparations.

I think the two should submit new bids.

Sorry all, I have not been feeling well this past day, and have just caught up on my reading.

Bill's word is all I need. Please award Parrish to Bill for .55. This is not even sort of a problem!
