Once again I'm really sorry for the holdup... I was wondering how we're doing divisions. The rules state their based of our draft order so would that mean picks 1-4, 5-8 and 9-12 would be the divisions?

1. You have exclusive rights (barring conflict) to all DB/Pre rostered players. After waivers, ALL cards from 1950 and earlier become eligible if they played for your franchise. Post War cards from 1950 and earlier CANNOT be claimed until AFTER waivers.

2. Paige's NeL card ONLY can be drafted during that phase. If undrafted (not likely) then his Indians card can be used.

3. Divisions will be by franchise seeding. Highest four in East, etc. [/quote:7d30353143]
