The following teams may finish in the bottom 4:

Crossing - KY

BC - Ont
tkk - OH*
*tkk hasn't picked a state in this league so we'll use the last one wryoung picked.
Teams can change their states until Friday at 6 EDT.
Only the bottom 4 teams will get top 4 picks. Order will be LOW pick 3 to HIGH.

I don't know whether to be happy or sad that I just missed out on the second pick. When I get swept in 3 games in the 1981 playoffs I'm pretty sure it will be sad . . . . Congrats and good luck in 1982 to the lottery winners.
