Ballpark HR's

Ballpark HR's

Postby Melangez » Sun Jul 04, 2010 10:06 pm

Okay.I get that a #HR means you roll to see if it's a homer in the ball park. Now, on the ones that have HR for a roll of, say, 1-6 and a fly out cf for 7-20, I assume if you roll and get the HR, another roll is made for the ball park effect. If you roll and get the fly out, is another roll also made for the ball park effect? Or if you get the fly-out, is it always a fly out?

Hope I'm not asking too many annoying questions :)

if you see a # then it is subject to to ball park effect no matter what the "result reads". If it is a hr split without the # then another roll would determone the outcome.

Say a card reads as follows

1-5... HomeRun
1-6... HR 1-7, Double 6-20
1-7... #HomeRun

Roll a 1-5... get a homerun
Roll a 1-6... split... 1 to 7 HR... 8-20 double
Roll a 1-7... Go to Ball Park Rating... will be HR or flyout depending on split and subsequent number
