[b:a19528f898]Team draft [/b:a19528f898]based on randomizer.
Must play one of your designated team's home stadium.
Player's designated teams 1970-1979 only (sorry 60's & 80's) Total plate appearances & IP will break ties!
[b:a19528f898]Everyone is welcome![/b:a19528f898]
So who is "All in the Family" for your team???
Who gets players that played for more than one team between 1970-1979?
First, all seasons played prior to 1970 and after 1979 don't count toward that player's designated team. Only the seasons between and including 1970-1979 count toward your designated team.
Since there are five season for each card and many players played for more than one team during those seasons, here is the ruling on who owns the rights of first refusal for those players. Example: HITTER A played his 5 seasons as follows - 1969 Yankees, 1971 Mets, 1972 Mets, 1976 Yankees & 1980 Yankees, then the Mets would own his rights. Hitter B - 1970 Reds, 1973 Reds, 1975 Brewers, 1977 Braves, 1979 Braves - whichever team he has the most [b:a19528f898]plate appearances [/b:a19528f898] (ABs plus walks) between the Reds two seasons and the Braves two seasons determines who owns his rights until waivers have been completed. Same approach goes with pitchers, except use each season's IP for the tie breaker.
After the auto-draft has been run, you must immediately trade or cut any player that does not meet the eligiblity requirements for your team and belongs to another team. Waivers will be used to correct auto-draft errors.
Team's hold the exclusive rights to ALL of their designated team's player (including available free agents) [b:a19528f898]until waivers has been completed[/b:a19528f898]. After waivers have been completed, then any free agent that played for one of your designated teams between the years of 1970-1979 may be picked up as a free agent (sorry - no players before 1970 or after 1980 if those were the only seasons they played for one of your paired teams. ONLY 1 of the 5 CARDED SEASONS COUNT! Non-carded seasons don't count toward team eligibility!
Trades are unlimited as long as you trade for any player that was [b:a19528f898]carded [/b:a19528f898][b:a19528f898]for your team between 1970-1979.[/b:a19528f898] 1960s or 1980s seasons don't count!
