Superfly Live draft board

I just notified Foggy/Wockenfuss that his 13th rounder was ready for him. He sent back the following comment that I told him I would post on the board for him:

My choices would be in the following order (but I will go with whatever superfly wants):
1. Pick a stadium at anytime by using the worthless .50 guy on the draft site and posting the stadium choice here.
2. 18 rounds of player picks and separate stadium draft using the lottery as superfly described a few pages back.
3. 18th round is for stadiums and is on the boards with Frank leading it off.

i thought we had decided to draft a scrub player for the stadium and that could be done at any time during the 18 rounds.?
