This is true -- I clarified this back at the top of 2006.

As long as a player had 1 AB or .33 IP EVER in the ML -- he was eligible to be drafted in a FA or Supplemental Draft.

I used to get mad at myself, when Qk would take someone that had missed a year due to injury and I didn't have him on my list. :evil: :lol:

There was a question raised regarding which players are eligible for the FA & Supplemental drafts.

The rules, as handed to me, state any player with [b:d551375ad3]PRIOR[/b:d551375ad3] year ab’s or innings is eligible. According to Sandlotshrink, the originator of this league the rule was clarified in 2006 that any player with [b:d551375ad3]ANY[/b:d551375ad3] mlb ab’s or innings is eligible to be drafted.

I am correcting the rules as currently written to update what has been in practice over the years.

The roster I sent out on Sunday shows only the draft eligible players who had 2009 MLB stats and is not an all inclusive list of eligible players.

I suggest that the first 2 draftee's be allowed to re-pick then as it may have an impact on their selections....

Which sadly will likely impact my own pick, but fair is fair...

As I responded via email, it IS very likely I would have picked differently but I am fne wit my pick, as far as I am concerned my pick is good and all is groovy.

Marcum is on DT's roster and not a valid pick. "X" is available and would be a likely pick here but I was not clear that X is his 2nd choice. Should we put him down for X & move forward or wait?
