Guys, we need to clarify the drop situation. I, like KD went back and couldn't find any drops for Nythawk and Aray. I'm fine with allowing Nythawk to drop Cabrera and Belliard, but we should definitely have an official ruling. Does Aray get to make some drops or does he have to forfeit the picks he made?

Hawk, was your roster at 39, or have you made your last pick already?

I'm going to edit my posts to make the revision of my drops (done before the start of the draf) more clear...

Yeah Im not positive if I have another pick either...I made 3 drops and I have already picked 3 players...unless I have been playing with a short roster.

I'm showing you with a full 40 man squad Dan.

And I don't see how guys can be allowed to draft players when they have no room on the roster to do so. The rules I have specifically state that you can't have over 40 players and you have to drop players officially BEFORE any draft begins.

My thoughts on this situation are that I thought the draft started rather abruptly (and should have been a separate thread). This league tends to be a little more haphazard (though hopefully KD's spreadsheets and presence should help). For that matter, the drops should have been a separate thread, and monitored more closely. All that being said, I don't think either Aray or Hawk should be penalized and should be allowed to drop whatever is necessary to get in compliance - and hopefully record-keeping will improve to prevent a replay in the future.
