Well, first cut that I have, you're not at the top in pitching Jeep. Big M, Niners, Stoney shoudl be better. in terms of straight pitching w/o D, Stoney and you are about the same. It's just your D is well below average.

Offensively, I think AT is the juggernaut with Hawk, Silver and maybe us trailing by not all that much. Jeelp, I don't think you've underestimated your offense. It's in the bottom 1/3 like you think.

$100 mil leagues everyone is good.

p.s. Smoke, I sent you a league email.

Pre-Ratings Predictions

Postby superflymacdaddyjuice » Tue Aug 10, 2010 12:33 pm

East:

The Wonders over the Wine by a "nose"

Central:

I am in the wrong division...

Gremlins over the Silver at the stroke of midnight.

West:

The Kings or the Hawks? Your guess is good as mine. But my guess is unless his majesty can get excellent service from Kemp and Howard, the Hawks will soar like their runs scored.

Not the start I was looking for. And all 6 losses have been at home. :(

Interesting smoke. I'm pretty sure the ratings are all going to be close so they're not going to mean a whole lot. I'm hoping we can get lucky enough to nose them out, or, at least win the WC.

NP crushed us the first series (though we salvaged a game) and we got lucky last night v Beach so off to a decent start overall.

WM and I will both be at Lake Shasta for the next three nights so you guys be nice to us and no more injuries until we get back. OK??? 8-)

Accents looked much better last night, but it was against Stoney so I expected to look good.

I got the feeling not many of you thought my squad was very formidable pre-season, but I'm optimistic about this squad despite the 0-6 start. Looking forward to another wild NLD.

Well we've been lucky so far. Getting some big hits and HRs at the right time.

I'm surprised that Big M has more HRs than we do, but not that AT does. The boy has just a little HR power!

I'll try to get some generic ratings up soon. Nothing specific yet because the Pens are still rounding into shape.

We have allowed 40 HR in 20 games. I'm pretty confident those dice will turn around soon. Baker has allowed 5 HRs to LHs in 44 ABs, and he has all of 1 *part* of a point of HRs to LHs on his card, LOL! (Roll of 1 of sub-roll of 1-20 on 5 roll)

Shawn Kelley has also pitched way too much vs RHs, have to tweak my settings I guess...

Oh come on Silver, you don't think you're going to allow 324 HRs this season! :)

Thems some tough die rolls for sure. Hitters must be just rolling their own numbers well against Baker.

Of course, upon further review, you *do* have three teams in your division with a LOT of HRs. All three average > 5 BPHRs v RHP and AT is at 6.67! You're the "slacker" with *only* 4.78! That's definitely the "power" division. We're the only other team in the league with > 4 BPHRs v RHP. We're tied with Smokey for second with 5.44

The Accents are trying to make a move and the pitching is carrying them. Up to second in runs allowed and ERA, and I'm telling ya again, this squad will be first in ERA.

Stones, sorry was only kidding above.
