Setup and Closers

I have been having trouble with HAL to ensure that my setup and closer get into the game in the 7th-9th innings. HAL keeps taking the other relief guys, and I can't seem to do the settings to stop them from getting any appearances.

I lost a 2-1 game because HAL did not put in my Closer in the Ninth.

Any suggestions would help.
