Is there a reason RallySally was skipped?

according to the rules there is a 3-hr clock after round 1 but if it is a problem skipping him then I have no problem cancelling my selection

I've got no problem with a 3-hour clock, and if we've been on it for both rounds 2 and 3 I don't see anything wrong.

My only concern would be if the clock were turned on in the middle of a round where the time limit applies to some, but not all, managers picking in that round. I don't know if that's the case here - but to be honest I haven't been paying a whole lot of attention. :lol:

Yes, after the last pick of the first round a 3 hour clock is turned on. This is how we have always run our drafts. It is up to every manager to monitor the clock. If 3 hours is up the next manager is able to pick whenever he would like.

However, if a manager wants to wait and give the manager on the clock longer than 3 hours that is perfectly fine. It looks like that has been done already in this draft. As far as bbasebrawl picking, that is fine.

Just so there is no hard feelings, I did wait for Rally Sally to take their turn yesterday when it was their pick. I noticed that he confirmed a trade in another league but did not make his selection in this league, so to prevent from holding things up today I made my selection this morning before leaving.
