OK, so I see the league available with a 60 mil cap, but it should be 200 mil, shouldn't it?

I'm new to the league this year, but I thought we would play with a 60 mil active roster, but still have the higher cap on the books for movement in the first 2 weeks of the season plus injury replacements later.

Can anybody clear this up?

We'll need to do a 200 cap. So, if someone from the East can redo it for a 200 cap, that would be great.

I setup the new league with a 200 mil cap for the TSN/SOM game engine:

League: 200/60 - 60 mil season
Password: smallcap
