I'm back from a trip (still in Japan) and will try to load up in the next few hours but this remark threw me for a loop. I'm assuming we still have a 60M cap for actual players on the roster, but what is the top cap we're playing under? Is it 200M so we can freely substitute and trade?

Oops, just read back through the thread and see I was not alone in being a bit confused. I'm squeezing my roster to get under 60M but am glad for the flexibility.
