How was the tie breaker determined? After all Rally Sally made the playoffs and had a 7-5 record vs me in the regular season.Shouldnt he be in the West and I be in the Central?

There was a three way tie for so I used run differential.

I did this for the draft order giving the team with the best run differential the higher pick. I did not see a rule for what to do with a 3 way tie. i posted the division order before the draft.
