Jet - what was my avg BP HR & natural HR vs LHP though? In my div more than 2/3 of SP are southpaws....let's check:

Teix: 5 pts BP, 4.5 pts natural
Zobrist: 7 pts BP, 5 pts natural
Kinsler: 8 pts BP, 8.3 pts natural
Werth: 8 pts BP, 9 pts natural
Teagarden: 8 pts BP, 4 pts natural
Young: 4 pts BP, 3 pts natural
Fuld: 3 pts BP, 3 pts natural
HanRam: 0 pts BP, 1 pt natural
Reyes: 1/1 or Gamel: 4/5

So vs LH, which I've faced 60% of the time so far, we've got 12 HRs in 460 PAs, despite an average of 4.9 BP HR & 4.3 natural HRs per card. I dropped Teagarden since I'll be facing fewer LH's out of div, but I was a little surprised to hit LHs & RHs about the same, RHs a little better actually. Park effects obviously but the cards I got should have handled things a bit better. Oh well, see if pitching comes around, that has me more concerned than offense...

Silver,

Well, I thought you were talking about HRs allowed. OK, here are the numbers I have for you current team. I'm not positive I've updated all of these numbers for the final, final, or current moves so YMMV. Feel free to update.

Yeah, you absolutely cream LHP, but you're not bad v RHP either. AT and Hawk aren't far behind you (not sure what parks I'm using here) v LHP. Course AT hits both sides very well.

[code:1:865c3c591c]
....... HRL BPL Combined # W
AT..... 5.20 7.33 12.53 0
Wineman 4.40 6.89 11.29 0
Silver. 3.88 4.22 8.10 1
Hawk... 3.68 4.11 7.79 1
Smoke.. 3.29 3.44 6.73 2
Big M.. 2.84 3.78 6.62 3
Big A.. 3.04 3.44 6.49 1
Jeep... 3.14 3.22 6.37 1
Keyzick 2.42 3.44 5.87 1
Beach.. 2.48 2.89 5.37 1
Niners. 2.07 3.00 5.07 1
Stoney. 1.93 2.33 4.27 3

....... HRR BPR Combined # W
AT..... 4.79 6.67 11.46 0
Big A.. 4.58 5.11 9.69 2
Smoke.. 3.94 5.22 9.17 0
Wineman 3.57 5.44 9.01 0
Silver. 3.04 4.89 7.93 2
Niners. 3.44 3.67 7.11 3
Big M.. 3.53 3.44 6.98 1
Keyzick 2.67 3.56 6.22 0
Hawk... 2.56 3.56 6.11 1
Beach.. 3.06 2.56 5.61 4
Jeep... 2.78 2.78 5.56 2
Stoney. 2.22 3.00 5.22 2
[/code:1:865c3c591c]

So, you should be one of the highest HR hitters v LHP, of course, this isn't park or opponent adjusted.

Stoney should be at the bottom. I would think Beach will be too.

The Central is going to throw off all the ratings with all the LHSPs.

AT should lead by a pretty good margin I would think.

Burgundy, Silver, Smoke and Maybe Big A should be at the top.

This is just in terms of HRs. Offense isn't always in line with the number of HRs hit. And, of course, Parks will have a large impact.

1-12 in my last 13 including a L8. I am also 6-11 in one runners already. 11 losses is almost twice as many as the league average. bummer....

Smoke,

17 one runners so far! That's a lot. Probably will turn around for you however.

Tough stretch to be sure. I did that last NLD and I know, it's not fun AT ALL.

Ouch. Lost Hunter for 15. Injury prone to be sure, but sure hope for the lower injuries when they happen!

Good thing we have Grandy I guess.

Need to see if my pitching, especially Baker, is going to start to turn things around. He should perform in this park vs. a lefty team but up til now the rolls all on the hitter cards. When your 7L SP is giving it up to the tune of a .333 BA with 7 HRs in 100 PAs to LHs, it ain't gonna be pretty.

4 bright spots: Lester, Wuertz, HanRam,Moeller - everybody else looks like a joke. To wit:

Teix: OPS under .700
Kinsler: playing mostly vs. LHs, which he should kill, OPS under .650
Stewart: playing vs RH in a div where RH BP HRs avg over 10: OPS under .620
Borbon: playing vs RH, OPS under .600
Fuld: OPS under .700
Young: playing vs LHs, OPS under .600
Rasmus: OPS at .600

Werth & Zobrist beginning to show signs of life, OPS around .800 for each.

Let's see what tonight brings...

Silver,

I feel your pain on that guy.

As for the others, no question guys like Vargas should be better.

Your numbers v LHP should certainly be better. Lots of time to bounce back.

As for us, we've been fortunate so far. I don't expect that our offense is the best in the league although it's pretty good. We'll see how we weather no Hunter for 14 more games.

OUCH. Manny goes goes down for 8 and Phillips for 3 while Hunter is already out. I knew we'd gone too long without an injury, but could we spread them out a little?????

Good news for the Hawk tonight.
