You will have RiojaDave's team. You will also have one pick (see above). Any player who does not have a card for 2009. Then, you can form a 60 mil team from your roster and enter the West division. Password is smallcap.

It's a 200 mil league- see rules, but all teams must remain at a 60 mil cap throughout the season. New rule concerning this:
