Hawk, I apologize, I didn't look. You managed to win 2 anyway, the key game being the one runner in game two. :(

D Kelly got a big hit for you so.....

5 more for Manny and 8 for Torii. Waiting it out. At least we got Phillips back to face Rowland-smith tonight.

Three straight nights with a sweep, fortunately on the winning side of two. Very incocnsistent play thus far, however, and my record indicates that.

Ugh, to top off those injuries, we lost Victor for 3 games in the second inning of game 1. We had SIX guys injured for two games. OUCH.

Niners did a nice job of taking advantage, winning all three in close games. Two one runners and one 2 runner.

Wow, Jurrjens has been horrible. 6+ ERA. No wonder you guys let him fall to me.

Have scratched and clawed my way back to one game under .500. My hitting has picked up the pace, but I still need to do better in the runs allowed category, what I thought would be my strength.

Pretty busy right now. Probably will wait till after 80 games.

As for us, hopefully the injuries are behind us. Since Hunter went down for 15 and then a spate of injuries hit, we are 5-17.

I *thought* we could survive losing Hunter with Granderson and Parra, but I guess not. :(

Of course, it hasn't been just Hunter so hard to tell.

Missing Votto and HUnter (again, at least only 3 games this time) for only the first game. Maybe we can get our whole team back for the first time in 23 games after that!

Meanwhile Keyzick has won 10 straight series to overtake us! No wonder he wants to see ratings! :p

AT has also had a nice run of late.

yes, the Hawk has had a good run so far. they seem to be the only team that has a big plus in one run games although his pythagorean is still higher than his record.

still a long way to go however.

This has been the year of the sweep for me. I fortunately pulled out three 1-run victories last night. Niners, I've been there, I know how you feel this morning.

I just ordered some 'consistency' from an on-line shop. Took all I had in savings, but it'll be worth it if it comes through for me.
