I sent a message to Bernie about Vaughn. He replied back that he is aware of it and is working on it.

I'm guessing that card probability spreadsheets are not published for the mystery card games? Wouldn't make much of a difference, I suppose although you could average them all together like they already do for the actual stats.

Still not sure how someone earns a walk and gets a 15 game injury walking to first base.[/quote:86e9d92486]

foul one off your foot, or have one hit your finger while you foul it off a couple pitches prior. Gut it out until you walk.

OR

be so excited when you get to first that you jump on to the base and break your leg in the process. The real question is how they can heal in 15 days.

Well at least they got Ripken right. Fully expected to see him with an injury roll. SOM may have actually researched the cards for a change. There may be hope for the '90s game then.

Very disappointed they went with the "mystery card" option on this set. Guess I won't be playing. :(

24 team lgs...downfall!

[quote="chess2899"]

How does the 24 team work with respect to playoffs? Are there more than 4 playoff teams? Are there more credits for the winner? Do more playoff teams get credits?

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

YES winners receive more credit$ big deal, that doesnt make up for the fact they doubled the # of teams w/out expanding the playoffs!

Congrats! Now its twice as difficult to make the playoffs as if its not hard enough.

Until TSN expands the playoffs, myself & many others will pass on 24 teamers.

roid random factor

Postby MtheB » Fri Sep 24, 2010 9:38 pm

lets add to the 90s mystery game:
THE ROID RANDOM FACTOR--RANDOM TESTING INSTITUTED

whereby the roid players: AROD, SOSA, MCGWIRE, BONDS, GIAMBI etc.
lose 25% of any given year due to being caught on the stick.

yeah right.
