If we want to start the prospect draft on Monday I'll get an update roster sheet out to everyone including all the past prospect drafts so everyone knows who's been taken and who's available.

Problem -

On the rosters just sent out by KD (thank you!) for the prospect draft, I noticed that ThisisDan had Ricky Romero on his roster, while he is also one of my prospects. I had drafted him in the prospect draft in June of 2009, and Dan drafted him in the FA draft (5th round) earlier this year. It was not picked up on during the FA draft.

I am assuming that since I drafted him first, that I control him. However, I would like the Commish to weigh in.

Guys - I'm really sorry. I sent out the wrong version.

I just sent the correct version to Ray, Smitty, RallySally and Nythawk, who are the only ones with emails I have.

Smitty - you're correct. You drafted Romero and I don't see him either being dropped, traded or mistakenly drafted by Dan (although I don't have the 2010 free agent draft on the update yet, so it might be there and not caught).

Ray, doesn't this apply as per your original page 1 post of the rules? Or did I miss (or forget) a change in the rules?

If this is still the case, then Jay cannot be drafted, as he has MLB experience now. If it means no MLB experience [i:441657d8a6]prior to this year[/i:441657d8a6], then I've got some re-working to do of my draft board.

Please clarify before we continue.
