Bernie Pitching Problems

For a couple of our teams in the BTT 90s. the starting pitchers were pulled without facing a batter, and the closer was automatically brought into the first inning. Any ideas why this occurred? Its kind of frustrating to watch Randy Johnson walk out the mound, and then walk off again with no injury...

I thought in my case it was because Lincecum forgot he was due to pitch and smoked too much bud... (with HAL?)

This is also happening with 2009 and ATG games.

In my case, in ATGV and 2009, it was the road team in each instance. Not good.

Yes, seems to affect only the visitor.
