I only have one active team going, and was fortunate in that all teams in my league avoided that problem.

Wow, I can only imagine this is a direct result of the addition of DH backups to the Lineup Depth Chart. What a mess. I'm looking into it. I may have to look into an explicit replay of all games for the first time ever, though I'm not even sure that will be possible.
