I think the first 4 of Round 2 may not be in the correct order. The lottery order is only good for Round 1. I'm not sure what the actual order was for the bottom 4 teams after game 141.

As in previous years of this triple decade league and consistent with the other league only the first round is impacted by the pick 3. Round 2 reverts to standings alone. This has amended below according to game 141 standings.

It was two days for crossing to pick and we are approaching two days for BigAl. If people don't have time to check in more often then please drop out. Your delay is sucking the fun out of it for the rest of us.

Actually guys, I'm going to drop out of this league. It's not based on how this draft is going (though that doesn't help). I've just assessed that I'm in too many strat leagues and I don't quite have room in my life for all of them.

I apologize because I should have made this decision before making my first pick, but I assume whoever inherits my team will be ok with getting Fred Lynn.

Sorry guys. Good luck with the league.

YountFan Out!

Postby YountFan » Thu Oct 07, 2010 12:49 am

I am joining BC as exiting this league. I'll play this season if needed, but as I have said before it has lost its excitement. LMB has always convinced me to stray, but I can no longer see the point.

I am also thinking of dropping the major/minor theme league because it is going nowhere, and is hard to jusrtify $50.00 a season with two teams.

In fact I am considering dropping all theme league, except for the original triple decade in 1988. I have been playing in these theme almost exclusively for the last two or three years I want to be able to fiddle with my teams. These draft and hold teams are great the 1st time through, good the second and boring the third.

Over and out

I'm with YF and BC. Over and out. The interest in participation has sapped the enthusiasm right out of me. I hate it because I really enjoy this theme but thats the way it is.

See you on another virtual baseball field somewhere I'm sure.
