This bit was actually derived from Bob Uecker's book "Catcher in the Wry." Somebody awhile back posted on the boards that this was one of the funniest baseball books written. I'm only a quarter of the way through it and it's got me cracking up! It's out of print now but I managed to find a used paperback copy on Amazon for about $3.50. Well worth it! :lol:
This bit was actually derived from Bob Uecker's book "Catcher in the Wry." Somebody awhile back posted on the boards that this was one of the funniest baseball books written.
