A 2 teams league (2009 set) FILLED

Hi Strato Fan

If you are interested to join a "Theme League"... you could join us.

We run the league by mixing 2 full MLB team.

First, all GM have a submit the name of a US STATE, we will put that "state" into a randomizer and you will know which selection you will have at the draft.

The first team pick will also select his second team pick at the 24th selection,... the second team pick will select also at the 23rd team pick...

- DH league

- We must pick one of our 2 stadiums

- The Salary Cap is set to 100 millions. You will have to select players from both team to complete a roster that will fit the salary cap. All the other players will be in your farm team (not as Free Agent : nobody can pick up those players.) You cannot sign Free Agents... the only roster move you could do is by trading players or swaping players from your "farm team" to your roster and vice versa!

- Remember, at the draft : you are only authorized to select players into your two 2009 original MLB teams

BTW, if there's someone more use to the states lottery system, among our USA competitors, I could use some help there. I don't know if all the states that my fellows choose are valid ???
