I want to make exactly sure what we're doing -

This is what I understand - Jehale is leaving and his replacement would like to redo the prospect draft starting at pick #40 (Jehale's original pick of Grant Green would be voided and Green returned to the pool). And instead of Green the new owner is selecting Jose Iglesias.

Is that correct? If that's the case, then I too pass and keep my original prospect pick of Nick Franklin.
