Player Development League - 2009 (League FULL!)

For those that remember this theme league year, I'm excited to once again bring you the Player Development League. For those that don't, here's a link to last year's sign-up list:

The basic premise is to draft a team and only use guys who originally signed with or were drafted by that team (according to baseball-reference.com).

I have done all the leg work and will be happy to share the player / team spreadsheet I have created. We will again use the same rules, but since we have the "unleashed" players in 2009, we will add them to help fill out the set:

Play in team's home stadium

Exclusive access to your team's players
NO FREE AGENTS FROM OTHER TEAMS
NO TRADING

The top 4 draft picks will be clustered in the East, the middle 4 in the Central, and the bottom 4 in the West. This should provide competitive balance since there are not 12 teams with at least $70M worth of players.

15 teams had enough players to make all roster requirements for total players, catcher, starters, and relievers. Here is a preview/summary of those 15 teams with their hitters over $4M and pitchers over $3M:
