Dont like adjsutable cap. Lets do dh either at 100k or 140 k. Easier to keep up with.

So, N. Texas says no to the sdjustable cap. Joe, maybe we should take a poll for 100 or 140 than. Majority rules? The 140 would get us a chance to use a lot of the new players so I vote for 140. :)

I'll consider one season with a cap of up to 120 mil with a D/H but not 140 mil, that's not really in the tradition of this league. 120 mil will provide more than enough cap space to try the new players. CoachP runs the Gold Rush League with 200 mil cap for those that like those higher cap leagues.
This league has always been a 100mil cap and I think the first league with the Quick Draft on Friday nights. This league has always had competitive seasons and I don't want to stray too far from the core of what has worked well. The D/H and the extra 20 mil is still a big change from the norm for LA-Z-BOY.

I, too, would prefer a more modest cap of either 100 or 120 mil.

I'm not a big fan of the DH, but there will most likely be some new players who best fit that roll. It would be okay for the 1st season but opt to drop it for the next.

I will do whatever the league wants. I just voiced my opinion. I didnt say that I was taking my board game and going home and leaving this league ! lol :lol:

Yeah we use the 140 mil cap on entry and everyone at all times must have a 20 mil or more bank. I don't think that's a problem for anyone to remember.

No problem Ric, I said let me hear some ideas, you put a few out as well as Jon and Dan, which is what was asked. Me, I just don't want to stray too far from what has made this league successful for 33 seasons. Everything will be fine once ATV VI is out and we get the draft started, I can see all the horses chomping at the bit in the starting gate. :shock: :wink:
