That said, I do think this situation is different than the Russo bidding in that this time a bid WAS sent by everyone, and my bid was clearly higher than jet40 and (to me at least) clearly lower than litangel.

litangel says he bid 1.6 something and I believe him.
If litangel wants to claim Keefe at 1.69, I will be fine with that.
If not, then I think we should have an open auction with minimum raises of 0.1 to get this done fast, and I will open with a bid of 1.59.
If you really want to let jet40 back in the bidding, and do closed bidding with bids sent to PotKettleBlack, fine. Post here to let me know your decision, Kim. We should be able to come to a very quick resolution.
