Just have a "short list" say of your top 3 selections so that if the person ahead of you "takes" one of your preferred franchises youre ready w/ an alternate choice.

This way we keep it moving along & easily finish Sat or Sunday at the latest.

is everyone in favor of a 3 hr time limit to select? Is that fair? If a person doesnt select in the alloted time we move on to the next person in line.

Why don't we all put out on the board our first choice already??

That will speed things up alot.

For laggards, once they put up their pick, we can see if it conflicts with a lower priorty pick. If it does, then the lower priority pick has to pick a replacement pick. We just keep resolving downward to the bottom of the draft list. But at least that way we are not all waiting for each other time after time.

I will tell you right now that my choices for my first team pick (10th overall) are (in orde of preference) Toronto, montreal or st. Louis, in that order

looks like this thing will take forever to complete but for everyone to announce their picks all at once doesnt work...we have to do it per order but I sure would like a limit so we dont wait all day for 1 person asleep at the switch which is where we're at rt now...

This is a DH league and you need to use one of your selected teams stadium.
side note as we found out in other league There is no stadium for LA Dodgers. My ruling is if LA selected the individual will have the choice of using a stadium from one of the unselected franchises (no duplicate stadiums)

Hopefully I won't be called into work this weekend (below zero temperatures) So I'm available if individuals need to e-mail me proxies for their picks
