Terry101's 4 hours have passed, so Ineluki is up. I guess when he gets his pick in he can put your pick in, too, Jerlins.

I would have piked Jerlin's proxy, but he was not right after me; I didn't get a pm. Well at least Aaron C. has 131 more ab's than Richie and can hit lefties.

Can't believe Vladdy with 29 HRs and 115 RBI fell all the way to Round 16.

I have 5 choices for DH vs. LHP. Herein lies my quest:

First choice - Vlad - Gone
2nd - ?
3rd - ?
4th - ?
5th - ?

18 picks to go.
9 picks to go. Everyone still available.

Great steal Dave!! I nearly just picked him on my last pick. However, I was looking for both OBP and a solid replacement for Morneau in case he might get hurt. Barton was that guy.
With Vlady, your team is looking the "all power" lineup. Votto, Choo, Utley, Braun, A Ramirez.

Yes. I've generally tried to go with power hitters who have a good glove, too. I also have Mike Morse (.519 SLG) on the bench to fill in here and there.

Hinske has to get a card, right? With almost 300 AB and 131 games played, he won't be omitted from the TSN set, hopefully... His 1.219 OPS vs lefties would come in handy.

He'll definitely get carded but that OPS vs. LHP was achieved in only 21 AB's. I don't think it will look like the right side of Hamilton's card (1.163 OPS). For my sake, since you are in my division, I hope there is some dampening effect. I vaguely recall something about looking at previous years performance and melding that in with situations like this. Or maybe that is ballparks effects I'm thinking about. Anyone else know?

Edit: I think you're good to go. Alex Avila (in this years unleashed set) only had 11 PA's vs. LHP.
Against lefties he was .400/.455/.800
Hinske: .391/.409/.810

Avila's Hits/OB/TB = 23/34/68 with 11.6 natural HR's in addition to the 8 BPHR's.
