I am going to encourage you to make a team and when it prompts you after you pick your stadium join league 60082. Maybe that is why it is taking so long to fill. I will shoot an email off to tsn...

Yes it is open with six teams in six to fill. Once you draft your team and choose your stadium you will be given the chance to join a public league. Choose league 60082
