Good start to the draft folks. It will speed up once everyone realizes we've started! :D

Is everyone familiar with the proxy system on the DD site? It works very well, and helps to keep the draft moving. If you've never used it before, you have to tick the box which says 'proxies on'. :wink:

Also, I live in UK, so I do my best to handle the time difference. Just so you know.

Does Commissioner Schnoogens need to activate that function like he would activate the clock at some point?

Or am I overlooking it?

If you click on "picks", it will bring you to your proxies screen. At the top of your list of proxie picks you'll see you can check "On" or "Off", then hit "Save" to put in action whichever setting you've indicated.

The proxy list fills up as you select (or "proxy") your picks throughout the draft. Then you can organize your priorities with the "Grp" adn "Pri" columns.

Hopefully he will also proxy his next few picks as well.

I'm guessing that the clock will be turned on at some point.

Thanks keyzick. . . I could SWEAR I clicked that option but didn't find it.

What practical function would "Group" perform? Does the engine sort by group 1 with those picks prioritized? then group 2, etc?

Or is it only for our own sorting purposes?

Yes. The site will prioritize by group, and within the group. For example, you could proxy two SS in a group and designate the second SS to be eliminated from a proxy pick if the first SS is chosen.

Wockenfuss indicated he would be leaving enough proxies to cover his next pick. Let's hope he turned them on. :wink:
