OK, the easy fix is to make this a 200 mil league. I recall playing in a 25 mil league and we needed to use the 200 mil cap to make that work.

So, this is a 200 mil league.

Someone in the East, please set up the league as 200 mil, advanced, no DH.

The East can load whenever ready. The East is Gordie, Idanred, Jett, and Grover. Those are the 4 highest salary teams.
