The following players wound up at the top of the heap in the Banstormers 2010 Tournament.

They will wait for the 3 Semifinal winners to emerge to join the finals, and then we will begin the live draft.

In preparation for that, starting with Petrosian with the most points - will CHOOSE the draft position they want for the Final Round. When he has picked, I will post it here.

Also, we still need to vote on the SALARY CAP and DH/NO DH for this event, so each player who has made the finals, please post here your choice and I will tabulate this until a consensus is reached.

Can't make a reasonable choice of draft order pick without knowing the cap, so I would ask your forbearance until a cap is selected.

My order of preference for caps:
1. No cap, pure live
2. 100M
3. 80M

I have no preference as to the cap limit or DH/No DH, but would prefer a live draft.

Having given the matter more thought, here are my ranked choices of cap. DH and draft order preferences are also listed as a function of cap selected by league vote.

1. Cap-less live draft [b:bd5163f8f4]with[/b:bd5163f8f4] dh, draft position 12 (use TSN draft engine)
2. 100M no dh draft position 1
3. 80M no dh draft position 1
4. 140 dh draft position 12
5. 60M no dh draft position 1

Basically it boils down to this. If the final is 140M or No cap live draft then I would like to draft 12th and my preference at those caps is to have a dh.

At 100M or less caps, I vote for no dh, and will take first pick in the draft. I assume the live draft to be a given regardless of cap chosen, per the rules, otherwise there is no point in selecting pick order. I also assume that if there is any kind of cap, that the live draft would then take place on Penngray's/Major Deegan's / Adrian's draft site.

Also is the draft position going to determine the divisions as well. That is, will they be 1,4,7,10 etc as is normal in drafting leagues?

Yes, no reason to change the published rules on that. East 1,4,7,10 as always.
