Yes, I believe the rules state that an owner does not bid on a player in open auction in the first 24 hours, they are out, which would make Ichiro yours.

So Ichiro belongs to miduar at .90

By the way, speaking of 24 hours, McGinnity has now crossed the 24 hour threshold.

...and in another aside, DOHowser has justed "maxed out" he now has a maximum bid of 0.50 (in other words, he cannot outbid anyone on anybody except to get his own nominees...and then for a maximum bid of 0.5 on a player priced $5 million or less)
