90's keep track of Mystery Cards script

Postby wavygravy2k » Wed Dec 29, 2010 4:34 pm

Just in case you weren't aware I wrote a script to help keep track of Mystery Cards for the '90s set. I released it back in October and I think I'm the only who has ever downloaded it!

I added new feature which allows you to go on the 'Team Schedule and Results' page and view the injuries that have occurred so far during the season. I added this feature so it's easier to find out if a player, that was recently dropped, was ever injured. As you know, the injury can sometimes help pinpoint the exact year that is being used.

This is way cool! :D

I especially like the "View Injuries" option on the teams' Schedule & Results" pages.

Many thanks!

Upon further review...
I still love it, but it certainly can be depressing.

Sure the W/L record is nice, but if these injuries keep up (only Posada and Henderson are NOT my players) the wins won't keep coming.

I may represent part of the problem - I'm not familiar enough with Greasemonkey to know how to install the script. Can you help me by telling me how to install the script? Have the add-on installed on firefox, but now can't seem to install............love the idea of this feature, though. Thanks.

I downloaded it but it appears not to be working. Of course my only 90's team just went past the point of trades/FA moves. Could that be the reason it isn't working?

To install go to http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/87381 and then click the install button. Be sure you are using Firefox and not IE. Do you get some sort message when you try to install it?

It should work. Did you get an error message or do you simply not see any of the new changes?

I didn't see an error message. I just didn't get any new button. I think I used IE to download. Should I go back and do it again with firefox?
