A few pain in the asp points:

1. What is the division breakdown among managers?

[quote:8234050048]Divisions will be East 1-4, Central 5-8, West 9-12 [/quote:8234050048]

Was this by sign up order, or draft-selection randomization order? If this was clarified earlier, I apologize.

2. I'm thinking that the selection of our picks would be impacted on the Stadium that is chosen by our Division mates, SO, to jump ahead that far in our picks when less than half the managers have selected their stadiums can hurt our strategy . . . I'm just saying. (I could also well be making my second round 1950 pick BEFORE my first round 1920 pick.) Not providing a solution, just an observation.

3. We haven't come across any "butting" decades, but choosing players in two different decades at one time could create a situation of competing interests and rights questions, especially the next decade 2000 and 1990 where we could be selecting both decades at the same time, and there are a bunch of overlapping players at high prices.

Just pointing these things out.

Artie, I agree. Let's not get to far ahead of ourselves. We can probably start Round 2 once 9 or 10 of the managers have made their Round 1 pick. I'd like to continue doing that to avoid any "butting decades" if possible. On your own, you can take a look at what draft picks you may have coming up, but I'd prefer not to post them prematurely. Just wait until only a few guys are left in the preceding round.

The divisions, like the round orders, were determined by the randomizer order. Therefore, the assignments are:

[u:f52705a511]EAST:[/u:f52705a511]
Frank M
bigmahon
zim13
jamesgang77

[u:f52705a511]CENTRAL:[/u:f52705a511]

So if i draft Walter Johnson's 1920's card i can still use his better card from 1910's?

Also someone like Gabby Hartnett, draft his 20's card but use his 30's card?
