I would imagine that the protocol for the autodraft is that the twenty-three players selected in this draft are placed in the lower 23 spots.

Still looking for recruits for the Lucky 13 league. Just need three more signups, and then we can get that draft under way.

Yes, Ken we are still going 24 rounds - 23 players and a stadium. the draft site would not accept a 24 round draft when I set it up.

So we will leave the 25th round open.

And yes, it would be best to put your free agents at the top of the list.

Yes, those who did not need to drop their 24th round pick (or another if they wish and pick a stadium from a list of those remaining, namely:
