Yeah, I just bought the download and haven't been able to actually download it...just submitted a support ticket.

Shoot, I was checking their site and they hadn't posted the date for download! I'll have to email them now and see why I don't have a link for download yet!

I got the file, but only as a reply email to my email to the support group for customer issues. Same as other people's experiences as described above. At least they responded!

Hey Madigan,

Well, we have to wait for the salaries to get set right? ;) Actually, I have the data pretty much ready now (no injury info however) but usually wait till the salaries come out.

Once the Sals are set, usually only takes me a day or two depending on what's going on at home.

You in for another year?
