Yes, you can use the Mossi not carded to you, but it will use your FA allocation. Either the Alomar one (if you don't have Alomar) or the generic one (if you do have Alomar).

ok so with H Newhouser it wouldnt be considered an FA allocation if im using his Detroit card since i am the Tigers (as opposed to the Indians)

You have the Tigers.. you have a free agent allocation to use.. You can use the Mossi (Indians) card as your free agent allocation.. You can use the Tigers version of Newhouser without it costing the FA. You can use the indians card for Newhouser (but then it would cost you the one FA allocation you have)..
