Joe,

I am sure that you have chosen a better hitting team but you arent fielding all 4's out there. You have selected some 3's which breaks my test. Again, I am not saying that this team will be a winner. I am just curious to try and see if top tier starting pitching in a pitchers park can overcome the obvious issue of fielding 4's at every position. Anyway, after the opening series I sit 2-1 after an 11-1 win, 8-4 win and 2-6 loss.

Well, if you score 7 runs per game, you should do just fine. :)

not sure which 3's you are speaking of.

it looks like all 4's to me. it was very close to a team i came up with while studying your theme.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they're all 4's at the positions they are playing. Choo is a 3 in RF and LF, but I'm playing him in CF like you were doing with Fukudome. Even the DH are 4's. I'm pretty sure they are all 4's as I sorted my ratings and filtered out all the other fielding rats.

Are you talking about pitchers?

I know you didn't say you would win, what I'm saying is that had you picked better 4 hitters you *might* have been able to win. Although the rating you came up with isn't terrible, it's not as good as it could be.

AK, what differences did you come up with? I'm curious.

Postponing g jones or kubel in the of or even both instead of manny especially at petco and maybe coghlan at seconds although the ten xtra errors hurt

yeah, I can see those moves. Doesn't help the rating, but it's close enough that it still might be a better team. Probably would make you too LH'ed however.

I can tell you that I have had much better defense on some of my teams that have had more errors than you have 15 games into the season.
