I would agree with Munich Man; I think we'll want to know how round two shakes out before selecting in round three. In just the same way round three will affect our selections in round four. This also adds to the drama, even at the cost of time - an acceptable trade-off in my opinion.

Really, as I feel reasonably stacked, and looked at a number of the franchises, I feel anything that will even things out towards the people who pick late would be useful. This comes from getting the 12th pick in a EXP franchise league (Detroit... should have taken Cubs, but as an outsider living on the Northside, I never think of the Cubs as being good) and the 11th pick in the "leftovers" exp league (Seattle... middle infield of Harold Reynolds and two .50's at short... ugly). I have a lot of sympathy and understanding. On the flip side, it's nice to be towards the top for a change. :D
