Can I change my 4th round FA or my NeLer after the autodraft?

If andycummings doesn't take ARod from Tex (whos on the protected players list) in the atodraft - is he free for Me (the Yanks) to pick him up?

Protection lasts the whole season.

Fas and NeLs can be swapped at any time, but only for a player in the same group.

Andy has listed A-Rod as his protected player. I imagine he's taking him in the Autodraft.

Just one more point of clarification. < 5 mil and < 2 mil means I can take 2 players worth .50, right. If not, I have some serious cap issues I need to work out.

must be nice to have cap probs, although I'm going to have to get a catcher somewhere, so that's probably my under 5m guy
