Anyway seeing as no new deals have been posted, the league is freezing rosters, all cuts posted are assumed to be final as of 2:30 EST today. I'll begin working on the updated rosters and an available players list, check you e-mail for both later today, could be early evening...

Needless to say i did not get this done today, I found a couple of errors on cut lists, one of which still needs to be resolved. I'm hoping I;ll get it done tomorrow, but it will likely be in the eveining.

So draft start on Thursday or even Friday. Sorry guys.

Thanks Bill, as always, for keeping us on the straight and narrow. It does get pretty confusing keeping track of the Keepers, but it seems to me the only way to go. So few of us (well, me, anyway), actually know how to play this game to win, but I love playing to draft.... I actually design fine uniforms and logos for the clubs, but only in my mind, but I rarely talk about it... :roll:

The Owned Alpha is a real help.

Hallelujah and praise the Lord!! The list is done. In your e-mail you will find a spreadsheet with 2 tabs one for hitter and one for pitchers. (Sorry no salaries from tsn) It lists almost every player that is available to draft. I can think of a couple off the top of my head that are not on there (think guys who missed all last year with injures and did not get a card, but played in prior years), but this is still a pretty comprehensive listing.

If there is an "X" next to the name they are eligible to be drafted but will not have a card on TSN's site. I've "X"'d the unleashed players to so they are already accounted for.

With the list now in your greedy little hands, I will bump the draft thread and bigmahon can post his first pick whenever he wants to.

The draft will officially start one of 2 ways. Start time will be Noon EST on Friday the 10th, Or if we should happen to conclude the first round prior to that time, it will officially start with the last pick in Round 1.

Quick draft rules:

No clock 1st rd
No clock on weekends or holidays
3hr clock weekdays starting at 11am EDT, at 11pm EDT


PLEASE try and leave proxies if you are going to be away. If you leave me a PM with "Proxy" in the title I will not look at it until it is your pick to ensure fairness.


We have a league memeber on vacation in 2 weeks and I'd like to get this thing rolling and moving a good pace. It's only about 10 rounds, not reason this groyup of seasoned draft vets can't bang it out in a week.

2nd, No Hurry you have until 3pm EDT on Friday, to post your pick.


3rd: I do not know what else I can do other than give you a list. This is what I've always done for the past 4 years. I tried to fit the salaries in, but becuase I use a more complete player list that gives you almost every player that is available to draft I can't paste in the salaries.
I tired, but they did not match up correctly and I figured I'd spent enough time getting this stuff ready as it was. I also figured it was better to have every name than every salary, especially when you can get the salary spreadsheet yourselves for all the carded players here:

I'm sorry if this seems a little harsh, but short of drafting your team for you I do not know what other help I should be expected to give??

Again I apologize if this is coming off to mean spirirted, not my intent, just a little frustrating after spending about 8-10 hours in front of these spreadsheest to see your post. :cry:

Hi Bill,

No worries, vent all you want! You can't offend me.

I appreciate all that you do to keep a league like this together. I know it must be a pain. But if I have a question, or something to say, I'm gonna post it. Sorry if I annoyed you, but to be honest it doesn't seem to take much to make that happen.
