Hm, well we need mbrake to check in, since it's his league. I'd suggest a 12 hour waiting period for the team draft, and a 2 hour period for the player draft...otherwise this will take weeks.

Maybe we should skip #2 and move on to #3 and keep drafting. #2 can jump into the draft when he logs on and if he doesn't get in we get a replacement.
