I think in a league such as this - 1 team choice - you really can't SKIP someone - I think you either have to REPLACE or WAIT. We only have 1 pick here, it's not like a 10 round draft or something. JMO

I agree with Tom, skipping someone could really impact someone. Hopefully people will check back very soon.

Official ruling: Brookes has until 6 AM (Pacific time) tomorrow (Saturday) and then he will get skipped until he checks in at which time he can make his pick immediately. Each person has a max 12 hours to make their team draft pick or they will be skipped. Player picks will be allowed a max of 3 hours at which time they will be skipped and can also jump in immediately at that time to make his pick.

I agree - he's usually very active...it's the weekend, maybe he's away. This league did take a while to fill, some folks may not even realize that it is filled. This will be a draft that requires patience.

Geoff Brookes signed up for this 9 days ago. may want to give him time....don't want him to quit due to this and have to find a replacement owner. the team and then player draft are going to take a little while, so patience will be key.
