right now we are picking the draft order. i picked slot 12, mcsoupy is up next...
for the commish: are divisions based on overall finish or are they based on draft slot?

There is nothing written in the rules concerning placement for the divisions, but I think it would be most logical to have the Overall Finish determine the divisions, as opposed to the selected drafted spot.
Also, I know I received an inquiry about Stadium usage. This is right from the rules:
